PORTO FLIP After dinner (cocktail glass)
1.5 cl Brandy
4.5 cl Red Port
1.0 cl Yolk egg
Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into cocktail glass. Sprinkle with fresh ground nutmeg.
